If you're looking to ask me about Commissions, Art Trades, and Requests then please read through this journal first. I know this is very tl;dr, but please believe me when I say it is in your best interest to read through all of this before asking me about art status stuff.

If any of these statuses change, I will update this journal asap.

I'm afraid I'm no longer taking requests. Please do not ask me for one. I have graduated from college and have entered the working world. People in the working world need to earn money for things like food and clothes and bills, so if you would like to commission me, that I would be happy to accept.

Please note: I do take drawing suggestions though. Suggesting something for me to draw does not, in anyway way, guarantee that I will actually draw it, but if I like the idea enough I just might. So please feel free to leave drawing suggestions.

Commissions are closed from Oct 1st through Jan 31st every year.
These months are often my most busy and I find it difficult to juggle everything on top of the holidays.

Please Note:
- Commissions will be done in the order that they are received.
- Payments must be made through Paypal! (USD) I am sorry, but I do not take snail mail.
- I do take into account the % that paypal takes, so that will be added to the final commission price.
- I have the right to refuse any commission.

How to pay for your commission on Paypal:

I will first need you to PM me your paypal email along with all the info for your commission(s). This includes references, color pallets, preferred poses, ect... I need these things because it helps me get your commission just right. After I've received these things and we have worked out the specifics, I will be sending you an invoice for your commission. Sending an invoice helps protect both you and me in this transaction. Once the invoice has been sent and paid for, I will start on the commission. I will be sure to tell you the price before I send the invoice so there are no surprises.

Please know that I will not start on the commission until the invoice has been paid.

Single Character Commissions:

Line Art (Chibi): $20+, depending on request
B/W or flat color (chibi): $25+, depending on request
Cell Shading (chibi): $30+, depending on request
Gradient/Detailed Shading (chibi): $40+, depending on request
Digital Painting (chibi): $50+, depending on request

Any additional characters are an extra $20

Line Art (normal size): $50+, depending on request
B/W or flat color (normal size): $55+, depending on request
Cell Shading (normal size): $60+, depending on request
Gradient/Detailed Shading (normal size): $70+, depending on request
Digital Painting (normal size): $80+, depending on request

Any additional characters are an extra $20

I typically only do full body commissions, but if you would like a half body or a bust comm, let me know.

Patterned Blog Backgrounds: $20+, depending on request

I do offer discounts on orders of 5 or more drawings.

Commissions will be done digitally unless otherwise specified.

If there is something that I do not have listed that you are interested in commissioning me for, then please note me and we can work something out. Also, if you need any examples on what each of these options look like, please let me know.

I also offer custom listings on my Etsy, for any items that I make there. Please check it out if you would like a custom button, print, felt item, ect... and send me a message

All commissions come with either a transparent background or a solid color background.
Anything else is extra.

More complicated backgrounds start at $1 and go up by complexity. You can choose the background and pose. Just please make sure to note me all the details you want to prevent confusion.

If you are interested in having a print of your commission sent to you, or the original (traditional) drawing, know there will be additional fees for shipping and cost of printing/materials to factor in.

I will be sending you a sketch of the commission for your approval before I get started rendering anything. This is the best time to suggest changes to your drawing(s) if something is not looking how you were expecting. I will also be sending you WIP reports to keep you updated on your commission(s).

I WILL NOT make anything with the following:
-Sex/porn
-Fetishes 
-Gore or excess violence
-Political or anti-political themes
-Anything racist
-I am uncomfortable with occult themes, so sorry no.

I'm pretty much fine with drawing anything else.

Drawing Styles:
I can draw in my typical cartoon/anime style, or semi-realism. 
Photo-realism? Not so much... 

Strengths:
- People
- Animals/other critters
- Plants

Weaknesses:
- Architecture
- Machinery
- Backgrounds

I will still try my absolute best to draw what ever you would like me to, even if it is something outside of my typical drawing subjects.

Time Frame:

I am not the fastest artist and obviously the less complicated the commission, the sooner I can get it done, but currently due to the stress of my day job it may be 2-3+ months before I can finish your commission, after payment has been received. This is to account for any unforeseen issues that may crop up from time to time and also to keep the quality of the the work I can offer, high. Regardless, I will try and get your commission done as soon as I can. Orders of 2 or more commissions may take a bit longer.

TOS:

If I draw you something, you are allowed to use the artwork for your personal use only! This means that you are not allowed to redistribute, re-sell, modify, copy, trace, or claim the work as your own.

However, feel free to use it on your personal blog pages, print it out and hang it up in your house, show your friends, or put the art onto a T-shirt for you to wear only.

All I ask is that you please remember to give me credit and to not remove my watermark or signature.

I also retain the right to use these artworks in portfolios/e-portfolios to show people what I am capable of, or for any other business related purposes.

Let me know if you are interested in purchasing the commercial rights to the art you ordered. Commercial rights cannot be purchased for fan art unless you are the original IP owner. The price calculated is on a case by case basis.

Refunds:

Please remember that when you commission me to draw you something, I am providing you a service, not just an item, and I charge for the time it takes me to make you said item along with the materials. So when asking for a refund because of one reason or another, depending on how far I am into your project already, I will refund you the amount accordingly. 

So say I am still in the beginning sketching stages of the project, I will refund you the entire amount (minus supplies) if you decide you can't afford the commission.

If I am about half way through the project, I will refund you half. 

If I am completely finished but haven't sent you the art work yet, I will refund you 1/4 of the amount.

If I am completely finished and have sent you the final drawing, a refund is no longer possible. I am willing to make small changes or fix small mistakes at this time for no extra pay, but that is all. A Maximum of two alterations can happen before any extra costs will incur.
